Director of the Penn Program for Stress Management. Over the last 15
years or so, Penn’s program has provided Mindfulness Based Stress
Reduction and related training in stress management techniques to
thousands of people in the general public, as well as faculty and
medical students at Penn. Michael and his team have also provided
specialized programs for people who work in hospitals, law enforcement,
and Corporate America.
