You may be in a large firm that has invested millions in systems, processes and staff to support an annual review cycle, or in a small firm where you're the CEO, CFO and HR manager. Letting people know whether they're doing a good job or not...it more than matters. It's mission-critical.
Using your goals as our context, I'll review your existing practices, processes and how you use your existing tools. You'll receive:
- my analysis of what you're doing well, and where you can refine;
- recommendations for you to implement to increase accountability, and decrease risk;
- suggestions that leverage your existing processes, systems, and tools.
